My partner Cindi and I had a magnificent and memorable experience when we attended a recent Reflect & Connect session with Monika. I would like to take a moment to say how much I enjoyed attending Monika’s Reflect & Connect session a few weeks ago. When facing difficult situations in my life, I find that I have the same worries, fears, and doubts running through my mind like a hamster on a wheel. These thoughts keep me in a state of constant stress and prevent me from getting to the root of the issue. But with Monika’s help and carefully chosen questions I was able to understand my problem on a deeper level and ask myself new questions that led to new insights. Even after the Reflect and Connect session was over I noticed new thoughts coming up in my mind and I felt a lot more at peace with the situation and with myself.
